Wherever you are with Claude, we take it to production.
CoNDENSE.tech is a Select Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Track, with twelve Anthropic-certified engineers. We build Claude agents and workflows grounded in your data and run them in production, or join your team and build them with you. We work with Claude ourselves, on every project.
Where are you with Claude?
Four situations we are called in for, and what we do about each.
-
A process that eats people's time
We build a Claude agent or workflow that does the work inside your systems: grounded in your data, wired to your APIs through deterministic tools, evaluated before it goes live. Then we run it.
-
An agent in production you don't fully trust
A production readiness review: evaluations, observability, guardrails, security, cost and data residency, checked against its real traffic, with a prioritized plan to close the gaps. We can then build the fixes, or run the agent for you.
-
A vibe-coded app, now with real users
We take it over and re-engineer it with our agentic delivery factory, the coding agents on Claude that work on every project we run: an architecture that holds, tests, infrastructure as code, security and observability, while the product stays live.
-
A team that should be building with Claude
Our forward deployed engineers join your team and work towards objectives we agree together, on a monthly subscription instead of billed hours. And we train your engineers to work with coding agents the way we do, with the conventions, reviews and guardrails of our own projects.
What it takes to put Claude in production
The model is one layer. A Claude system that holds up in production is the work around it: where its data comes from, what it may touch, how a release is tested and who answers when something breaks.
We build every layer, and the Anthropic-certified engineers who build it are the ones who run it after launch.
- Your dataIngestion, document processing and data models, with quality checks, in your own cloud accounts.
- Retrieval and accessSearch over your documents and records, behind the same access control as the rest of your systems.
- ToolsDeterministic tools wired to your APIs: Claude decides what to do, your systems do it.
- ClaudeThe reasoning core, on the Claude API or through your cloud provider.
- EvaluationsTests built from real traffic, run before every release, so a model or prompt change ships only when it holds up.
- Guardrails and observabilityLimits on what the system may do on its own, and every model call, tool call and token traced.
- OperationsModel and prompt upgrades, evaluation regressions, token budgets and incident response, under the same service levels as the rest of your stack.
Not everything should be an agent
Some jobs need Claude to decide the next step: which tool to call, what to ask, when the job is done. Many need Claude at two or three set points of a process you already run, reading a document, drafting a reply, sorting a request, with code deciding the rest.
A workflow is cheaper, faster and easier to test, so we tell you which one the job needs before we build. When it is an agent, how far it goes on its own is agreed with you: from proposing every action for review to completing it, behind the checks we set together.
Evaluations decide what ships
For Erga Tourism we built ARIA, a WhatsApp agent with Claude at its reasoning core and fifteen tools on Erga's booking API, so it completes a booking instead of only answering questions about one.
Every release is validated against business outcomes, with multi-turn purchase simulations and blind head-to-head evaluations on real production conversations.
On the platform that fits your stack
Claude is available on the Claude API and through Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry. The choice follows your stack, your contracts and your compliance needs, not ours.
Tools, retrieval, evaluations and observability are ours to design, so the system around the model moves with you if the platform changes.
Data that stays in Europe
When your data has to stay in the European Union, we run Claude on Amazon Bedrock in EU regions, where model calls and their data stay within the EU, and put storage, retrieval, logs and backups in the same region.
For Lidia, a GenAI platform for lawyers and legal departments, every model call goes through Amazon Bedrock with data resident in the EU.
Which one is you?
Tell us where you are with Claude and what it has to do. We'll come back with how we'd build it, review it or run it, or with the engineers to build it in your team.
