Agents and platforms on AWS, built and run in production
CoNDENSE.tech is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner in Milan, and our engineers hold the AWS Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Validated credential. We migrate and modernize platforms on AWS, build agentic AI on Amazon Bedrock, and run what we build.
Where are you on AWS?
Four situations we are called in for, and what we do about each.
-
Still on servers you patch by hand
We migrate applications from on-premises or another cloud to AWS and modernize them on the way: an assessment of what runs today, an architecture designed with you along the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and a move that keeps the product live. We work side by side with your developers, in pair programming where it helps.
-
Releases that take hours
Infrastructure as code with Terraform or AWS CDK, pipelines that turn a merge into a release, and a production-like environment for every pull request, so changes stop queuing for a place to be tested.
-
An AI agent headed for production
A production readiness review of the agent: evaluations, observability, guardrails, security, cost and data residency, checked against its real traffic, with a prioritized plan to close the gaps. On AWS we build agents on Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, with Claude among the models.
-
A platform nobody has time to run
Managed services: proactive monitoring and alerting, threat and vulnerability detection, backup and restore, disaster recovery, and regular reviews of architecture and cost. The engineers who build the platform are the ones who run it.
What a platform on AWS is made of
The services are the easy part. A platform that holds up is the work around them: how it is described, released, watched and recovered, and who answers when something breaks.
Our architectures follow the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and we pick containers or serverless for each workload, not by habit.
- ArchitectureDesigned with you, reviewed against the Well-Architected pillars: security, reliability, performance, cost and sustainability.
- Everything as codeEvery resource described with Terraform or AWS CDK, so environments are repeatable and every change is reviewed.
- ContainersECS on Fargate, or Kubernetes when an application spans many independent services.
- ServerlessLambda and managed services where the load comes and goes: scaling, availability and pay-per-use built in, nothing to provision or patch.
- DeliveryCI/CD from the first commit, with an environment for every change that needs one.
- Observability and recoveryAlarms on what matters, backup and restore strategies, and disaster recovery planned before it is needed.
- OperationsMonitoring, security updates, upgrades and incident response, under agreed service levels.
Rebuilt underneath while it ran
Attorney Share's case-referral marketplace moved from Elastic Beanstalk to containers on ECS Fargate, defined with AWS CDK, while law firms kept using it.
Releases went from hours of manual work to under five minutes from merge, p95 response time from 1.5 s to 400 ms, and every pull request now gets its own production-like environment.
Data that stays in the EU
Lidia's GenAI platform for lawyers reaches every language model through Amazon Bedrock, with data resident in the EU, and runs its conversations on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
Retries, fallbacks, prompt caching and usage accounting make it more reliable and keep AI consumption under control.
Certified on AWS and Kubernetes
CoNDENSE.tech is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner. Our engineers hold the AWS Forward Deployed Engineer Validated credential, earned through hands-on validation of agentic AI in AWS environments.
The team is certified as AWS Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer at Professional level, in AWS Security, and as Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and Application Developer (CKAD).
Kubernetes and multi-cloud
Where a workload needs to move between providers, or already runs on Kubernetes elsewhere, we design for that: Kubernetes platforms with monitoring, security, disaster recovery and CI/CD in place from the start.
Directus, our platform for backoffices and APIs, runs on the same foundations: how we build on Directus.
Engagements built around outcomes
-
Objectives, not hours
We agree what has to be achieved and work towards it: a project with a defined outcome, or forward deployed engineers in your team on a monthly subscription instead of billed hours.
-
Agents in the loop, engineers in charge
Our agentic delivery factory, coding agents on Claude, works on every project, inside the conventions, pipelines and guardrails of each repository. Our engineers own the architecture and the decisions, and how far the agents go is agreed with you.
-
The same engineers run it
After launch, the engineers who built the system run it, under the same service levels as the rest of your stack.
